Why Abacuz

Well - lets look at both side of the coin - the service provider - I will call them "Tutors"- and the customer - lets call them "the family".

The family is loosely define and one or more "students" (children, teen-agers, or even adults) who require the service of a Tutor, plus a "guardian" (normally the Parent but not always) who oversees the students engagements with the Tutors. A guardian is advised but is not compulsory for any student over 18 years old.

Tutors
Abacuz offers Tutors:
1. Flexible working hours - ever free hour can be converted into cash - perfect for students, part time worker - anyone looking for extra income
2. Anywhere in the world (eventually starting with Johannesburg and Pretoria first) - so going to another country for a short while - simply update your calendar to offer a few hour in that city.
3. Collection of fees from the family ensuring your income
4. Charge differently for the service you provide - math lessons gets you more than doing homework
5. Mentoring, courses, and guidance by an area "MOM" - Member Overview Manager??
6. An ever growing profile through certifications and rating to make you more and more appealing to the family.
7. Read the rating of other Au Pairs before accepting and engagement with a student.

The family
Abacuz offers the family:
1. Access to help anytime as needed - simply search for an available Tutor in your area.
2. Ability to trust your Tutor through examining their certifications, reading the ratings of any other family that have used them, or contacting their MOM directly.
3. Setting the agenda for the engagement. For example - please pick up from school at 1pm, take home and look after until 2pm then an hour of Math lessons, I will be home at 3pm to take over.
4. Guardians either booking Tutor on behalf of their students, or giving their students permission to book Au Pairs that the guardian has per-approved
5. Guardians can track, on a map, the whereabouts of both the student and the Tutor at all times during the engagement.
6. A sophisticated method of mutual identification at the beginning of any engagement - to protect both the students and the Tutor.
